William Morris - A Great Victorian

William Morris was one of the great Victorians and the founding father of the Arts & Crafts movement. His followers were particularly active in the Cotswolds during the early part of the twentieth century and left an abundance of fine craftsmanship for us to enjoy.

The price includes:
  • Two nights’ accommodation at the Blunsdon House Hotel, Swindon with full breakfast
  • Welcome reception, private dinner with wine and talk by an expert on “William Morris – and his continued legacy”
  • Private visit to Kelmscott Manor, William Morris’s country home, with coffee, talk and tour followed by light lunch
  • Visit to Buscot Park where the ‘The Legend of the Briar Rose’ is displayed in the music room
